Ok so I have more red velvet ideas!!!
You can take cupcake tins and put just a little mix of the cupcake in the tin
Bake till ready (pops up)
Add any frosting on top
Make another short mix of the cupcake
Bake till pops up
When done place on top of the other cake and frosting then neatly speed the whole thing in frosting
